Soh Daiko is offering a public workshop this November! This workshop will include a brief history of Japanese drumming, an introduction to taiko fundamentals, and a taiko demonstration. No experience is necessary! We will provide everything you need to play.
DATE: Saturday, November 9, 2024
TIME: 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM
NOTE: Check in will start at 1:30 pm, please arrive on time. The workshop will be followed by our traditional reception with apples and seltzer from 6:00-6:30 PM so you can ask any further questions and get to know the Soh Daiko members.

FEE: $50* ($40 for those who register before October 26, 2024!)

Currently, as the space we rehearse in is a shared space, it is required that all workshop attendees be vaccinated against COVID-19, with proof available to show before entering. Additionally, Soh Daiko reserves the right to request participants to wear masks during the workshops should there be any COVID concerns at the time of the events. If you have any questions about the COVID protocols, please contact us directly.
